For the safety of all participants, we collect relevant medical information including allergies, physical conditions, and emergency medical details at the time of program registration. This information is used solely for participant safety and is accessible only to relevant SFC staff.
Photos & Video
SFC may capture photographs and video footage of participants during camps, clinics, sessions, and events. This content may be used for promotional and educational purposes including our website and social media channels. You may opt out of photo and video capture by notifying us in writing at registration.
Website Usage Data
Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which may automatically collect standard usage data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is collected by Squarespace in accordance with their own privacy policy and is used for website analytics purposes.

We use the information we collect to: process program registrations and payments, communicate with participants and families about programs and schedules, ensure participant safety during sessions and events, recognize donors and sponsors as outlined in our giving tiers, respond to partnership and general inquiries, and improve our programs and website.

SFC uses the following third-party platforms which may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Squarespace — website hosting and analytics. Donorbox — donation processing and donor management. JotForm — registration and inquiry forms.

SFC programs serve participants under the age of 18. We collect information about minors only through their parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for providing accurate information and consenting on the child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.
